At Breakthru we treat each athlete uniquely and create a plan that builds on their strengths. All plans are highly customized based on initial and ongoing athlete testing, as well as strengths. We particularly enjoy working with first time Ironman and 70.3 athletes.
We expect an athlete to have a HR monitoring device. A power meter is a plus, as we specialize in using these training tools to improve an athletes training and racing.
$150~ per month (single race peak performance training)
$200~ per month (multi-race season planning).

Breakthru Coaching hosts at weekly Run Clinic at Rye High School, Rye NY on Tuesdays at 5:30 a.m.
All weekly workouts and schedule is posted every Monday on the Breakthru Facebook page (link below).
Clinic workouts are complimentary and open to all athletes of every level.
